Does Ajax shoutbox 1.5 allow admins to see private messages in the shout box, if so, then how?

does it allow private shouts between members - if so you want to see them as admin !? - give plug-in link

Yeah it allow pvt shouts to every one in shoutbox, and i want to see them as a admin
