i was looking for a new online media player for my site OscarSpot.net

didn't found one but i found a pretty forum, it has something like a scrolling picture display, and scroll stops / picture turns bright when mouse over,
i know it can be done without much work, but i don't know much about php. hope someone can provides a plugin like that.

That's not something that needs a huge modification, all these scrolls can be done using marquee
