Do you mean by forum? If so, edit each forum options and select a theme for each one.

I think I saw a plugin for that somewere for some time ago.
But can't find it.
No plugin needed. It's a standard feature.
ACP -> Forums & Posts -> Press "options" near the desired forum -> press "Edit Forum" -> Under "Styles option", Check "Yes, override the user's selected style for this forum" and in the "Forum Specific Style" dropdown choose the theme for the particular Forum.
Repeat this to every others Forums.
