Allows you to quickly quote a complete post or selected portion of a post.

Compatible with MyBB 1.4.* and 1.6.*

DESCRIPTION

This plugin allows your users to quickly quote a complete post or a selected portion of a post into the quick reply box with one single click. When no text is selected from the post, the original post message will be quoted. When text is selected, the selected portion (including bb tags, images, links and smilies) will be quoted. Only standard BB/MyCode tags are supported, with the exception of the video tag. For custom MyCode tags, only the readable text is included.

The user also has two new options in the UserCP to change the behavior of this plugin:
- the option to jump to the Quick Reply box when clicking the Quick Quote button.
- the option to make the Quick Quote the default behavior and replace the normal Reply-button action with the Quick Quote action.

KNOWN ISSUES
- When selecting any text, even outside any post, and click the quick quote button on a post, the selection also gets quoted.
- When selecting text on one post but clicking the quick quote button on another post, the author of the post where the qq-button got clicked will be used in the quote instead of the post author where the text is selected.

You can quote as many posts or selections as you wish. Or do you mean something else?

I was thinking of something like the way multiquote works now but now i think about it you can just quick quote all posts you want or selections of posts, i'll just have to install it and play around i think this will be a handy feature to have, maybe mybb might implement this in to the core in the future.

Found a bug, if you quick quote something then delete it from the quick reply box, you can't quick quote anything else unless you refresh the page. Steps to reproducibility:

1. Quick quote something
2. Select everything in the quick reply box
3. Press delete
4. Quick quote another post

What browser are you using? I know Opera has some trouble cleaning up the selection.
