My current thread style looks something like this.

I want it change so the thread style becomes like this.

I want the picture and all other options to be on the side and not the top. Is there a plugin to do so or you can do it in ACP.
admin panel --> configuration --> settings --> Show Thread Options
Post Layout --> select Display posts using the classic layout AND save settings

Not working.
You'll have to change it in UserCP>Options as well.
well, in your user control panel you also need to select below option
Edit options --> Thread View Options --> Display posts in classic mode
