is there a plugin like "Reply to be able to see", on that members can see the thread only if they reply'd on it?

That makes no sense. If they can't see the thread before they reply, how are they supposed to reply?

well, hide a part of the thread and show it after members make a reply

search for hide in the plug-ins section

eg. HideUntilPost , Links on Post ,
Hide Until Thanks , Hidden BB Tag
