I can view things fine on my admin account, but when I log into my test account, it's like I didn't even do my template edits. The text color is different, the postbit user details is not centered...What happened?

make sure both accounts are using the same theme.

Yes, same browser. I even tried private browsing (Incognito) and CTRL + F5ing

What looks different for you than for your users?
