i asked about this issue from my web host. They mentioned that I haven't properly configured 'pretty urls' and asked to check mybb settings files and .htaccess file.
So what should I do?

let me say this again, if you can't do it yourself then you have to request someone
to do it by providing required privileges (admin panel & FTP / webhost panel) ..
