I started using MyBB, just testing out what it can do, and iv come across this logout bug. This seems to be a commom occurance also seen at:

It does let me logout of my account. Iv also had it not let me log into my account. Do you/know of anyone whos had this problem?
You will need to change the Cookie settings from the
Admin CP > Board settings > change > General Configurations
and use this
tool to get the exact settings.

1st clear your cookies and try again.
if that didn't help, then tell me are you using some kind of masked domains?

As said above try clearing your cookies. Your board URL would be useful also.
