How do I change the default font colour because at the moment, with the theme I have, It doesn't show up very well.

in your global.css find .post_body
change color value to #000;

where do i find my global.css?

so find another .post_body at below of previous find AND also change its color to #000;

It should have, because i once got the same reply from its designer itself, and it worked for me at that time.
