A forum I'm a member of, which is powered by vBulletin, has a feature in which the first attachment of a thread is used as a thumbnail in the list of threads, so users can see before hand what to expect in the thread... and if no attachment is in the initial post, a thumbnail of, in this websites case, a question mark.

For example:

How can I do that in MyBB?

I have MyBB 1.6.3.

This can do it.

Just change compatibility to 16 in plugin file. Else use the compatible plugin from attachment below.

Thanks, it's installed, but it's not exactly how I want it...
