How can i restricted members to give 3 reps and the admin me can give 15 reps.How to edit this.

ACP -> Users & Groups -> Groups -> Click Administrators -> Users and Permissions.

In the "Points to Award/Take Away:" box, type 15.

Similarly repeat it for other user groups with number 3.
