Go to ACP > themes > your theme > open global.css search for
.navigation {
position:relative;
bottom: 35px;
color: #fff;
float: right;
font-size: 12px;
font-weight: bold;
}
and replace the bottom, number to about 57 that should bring it center in the top bar above.
