I'm in need of a subscription code/plugin or anything that will accept paypal money without adding Credit Card info.

As you can see, it's a simple paypal code that takes the user to paypal for the payment but it requires Credit Card from the user and I don't want that. I want it to accept the users money without asking for his/her Credit Card info. Is this possible?
