In template 'forumbit_depth1_cat' change this:
<td class="thead" colspan="5">
to
<td class="thead" colspan="6">

And this:
<td class="tcat" colspan="2"><span class="smalltext"><strong>{$lang->forumbit_forum}</strong></span></td>
to
<td class="tcat" colspan="3"><span class="smalltext"><strong>{$lang->forumbit_forum}</strong></span></td>
