I want to put a icon link with Facebook on my forum near "current time" .

So, there must be a facebook button that links to facebook.com ?
Find the following in ACP -> Templates & Styles -> Templates -> Your Theme -> Header templates (it will be probably in header or header_welcomeblock_guest).
