I use Google Seo , Some times ago Google seo make my thread like this:

http:xxxx.com/Xyz-in-home

after Server 500 error solution and washing Rewrite rule in .htaccess , now make thread like this.

http:xxxx.com/Forum/Xyz-in-home

Please help me how to remove /Forum/ in google seo friendly thread,
