how to can i show my admin as always invisible i don't want to be on the online list all the time.

Set "Hide me from Who is online list" on in User CP.

Edit : follow above simple method

IGNORE :

admin panel --> users & groups --> users --> search & find yourself --> account settings -->
Login, Cookies & Privacy --> select Hide from the Who's Online list AND save settings
