The current wording for $l['edit_time_limit'] is this:

"You can only edit messages for {1} minutes after they were posted."

I get a fairly regular amount of people asking why they waited to edit and now they can't. I do feel the wording is a bit obscure and could be more straightforward. The "after" I think is what confuses people.

So I'm suggesting...

"You can only edit messages within {1} minutes of posting."

Anyone else experience this problem on your forums?

They should alter that too for something like "Time in minutes that within the post members can still edit. After the time the member will not be able to edit".

Perfectly fine wording to me.
