Hi,
Is there a mod or something where i can have the same or similar menu system like MYBB, LIKE IN THE HEADER SECTION.

one can add customized menu for myBB forums site - most have been doing it.
if the menu uses jQuery script then some modification is required to prevent conflicts.

You can download MyBB Nesil theme and take the menu system from it.

You mean the tabs?

That's part of the design of the site, if I were you I'd learn a little HTML, it will go a long way.
