The welcomeblock on your themes is always default . Try changing it.

@jason : my chameleon has a header panel welcomeblock.
Mynecraft basic has none,but look at transition and mynecraft pro,they are well customised welcomeblocks.

This theme i just started coding,definitely this will have a new welcome block ,which is not included in previous themes
