[wip]Inblu theme : Envira Design

Another theme,indeed to say my 5th theme,Inblu,a bluish design,with professional,sleek outlook.

just started today,and this is the progress in a few hours.

will add more features in times to come.

final out put will be different from the present,as i would love to see many features in it.

It needs time to get shaped.

The thead doesn't really go well with outer color selection.

hmm, yeah,now trow color has been changed,may be now it can blend well,or i will reduce the glow so it can blend well

h/s the thead to the teal color used in the bg.

Thats what am saying, change the thead color that can go with the similar colors used in background and other parts of theme.
