My website just recently lost all of its data and I had to reset my entire hosting account. Anyways I have backups of the forum data and SQL databases. I re-uploaded the forum folders and such to the same directories as before and made a new MySQL account and uploaded the SQL files successfully. When I go to the forum I get this:

"MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1130 - Host '10.1.1.41' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server "

So obviously the forum can't access the SQL databases. Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

Thanks.
Ask your host about this, Your server doesn't have the permissions it should have.

But I created a new MySQL database, so the previous one got deleted.

Wouldn't I need to tell the forum to connect to this new database?
Edit the config file in ../inc/
