Edit inc/settings.php

Remove wow so that it looks like this.

That is not how you edit it. You can use your ftp program to get the file, edit it on your computer using a program like Notepad++ and reupload it back.

Also, do remember to make the same change in admincp after you edit the settings.php file or else the settings will just revert anytime settings.php is re-generated.
