You can sell your board (members, posts etc), however you cannot sell or redistribute MyBB or a modified version of MyBB.

Yes sure, if you edit it, you can sell it, for the sake of its design and name etc.,..

If you have a MyBB and you make a very special theme, bla bla, you can sell it. because you are not selling the actuall mybb, you are selling an exisiting forum, edited, and configured.

When you sell your site, with your theme, posts, title, domain etc.. it is like selling everything inlcuding the rights.
