Hi, to be able to control people playing in the arcade, I am planning the following rule on the forums:
-you can play 5 times, but then after you have to post 5 new posts to play another 5 times...and so on.

There is something similar in the cuurent arcade categories section, where you specify the number of posts needed to be able to play during a specific day...but it's enough to make people post regularly...
