I did that but the favicon won't show. THe favicicon is properly uploaded.

If you're absolutely sure you uploaded it correctly, then press Shift+F5 or Ctrl+F5 to hard-refresh the page. If that doesn't work, empty your cache.

On my page I added the following code in headerinclude:

<link rel="icon" href="http://www.dunklerorden.de/favicon.ico" />

I have experienced that it works quicker if you open the favicon in your browser by opening the url you put in your code. Then strg-f5 your page. Maybe close the browser window.
