@joshua - I was using both.
Here is what I did -
1. Long back, I tried from server & optimization setting. It didn't work [cos of .htaccess]
2. Then I activated Google SEO, still didn't work
3. Then I came to know I have to rename, so I activated from both, server & opt and Google SEO. It's working, but URLs are still similar.
Here is my .htaccess :

No, I did not edit Function.php.
so, my question is :
1. Shall I use both ? i.e. from server & opt and Google SEO
2. or Stick to either of one ?
If I have to use Google SEO, then how to edit fucntion.php ? Just rename & reupload it ?
