Ok, it's not an issue with GD then. Try re-uploading captcha.php and /inc/captcha_fonts from a fresh download.

I re-uploading captcha.php but i havent captcha_fonts in my inc !!! u sure its here?

Yeah, inc/captcha_fonts is missing in the latest package but this shouldn't cause any issue.

You did not upload captcha.php correctly because http://mobesta.com/captcha.php doesn't exist.

now wheni open my url, i cant see any page & see error 500, u can see that to:www.mobesta.com

I can see your website perfectly fine.

Check the server error logs in your control panel (e.g. cPanel, DirectAdmin) as Aries-Belgium just told you.

I see that too & i need to know whay, my server error is 500, if u have any way that say me what is my error tell me here. where i shuld go? cp>>...???
