Hi,

I'm transferring a forumotion forum, yet again, to phpbb then to mybb for a person. However, upon importing everything, I'm told that the language is being displayed wrong after the transfer. According to this person, the language is in contact on phpbb, but is altered after the merge to mybb.

Is there anything I can fix after the conversion to correct the text post-conversion or should I do something pre-conversion?

In his edits he explains his steps. But make sure you read my reply as well. This is the utf8 issue thats been driving me nuts forever now. I'm going to eventually make it totally dynamic, but probably not until the re-write for 2.0
