I wanted to know if after you install a forum on a web space you can move to another.
If so how?

Yes it is possible.
Forums shift involves 2 steps.

1.database transfer :
This will be done from cpanel>phpmyadmin>your database> export.

Also u can have from your
Acp>maintainenc>backups >new back up>download

2.transfer of files:

The files that u uploaded into your server
Public_html
All files need to be transferred.

So u just read wiki over here on what to do before transferring.

myBB admin panel has a facility for its database backup. it is available from
Tools & Maintenance tab --> Database Backups --> New Backup
