Could you post a screenshot of what you mean? From visiting the site and clicking on a pagination page in a forum, it works fine for me.
I can't screen shot it, when I click the 1,2,3 etc pages in each forum it leads to the homepage.
^ I've also checked it and it is fine.
may be you have to clear your browser cache OR check with a different browser / computer ..
Just chrome, can other people try it on Chrome.
There's an image over the buttons, which is being hidden. If you right-click, you'll see the typical "save image" menu.
1. Go to Admin CP > Templates & Style > Templates > Your Template Set > Navigation Templates > nav.
2. Find and delete:

3. Go to Admin CP > Templates & Style > Templates > Your Template Set > Navigation Templates > nav_bit.

My bad, I misinterpreted the source code. What's actually happening is that your logo is 400px long, which is reaching the paginated area. And since the logo is hyperlinked to the index, if you click anything within the area that the image is covering it will redirect you to the index page.
So just crop your image down and you're good to go.
