MyBB doesn't have any 0day exploit, unless you are using any version previous to 1.6.3.
How To Fix Index File
when i open my forum it shows again that message
Login ACP > Themes & Templates > YOUR THEME > Index Templates > Index
They might just have modified the index page.
Whose your host? Which MyBB version are you running?

There is no known SQL injection points in MyBB, if there was they'd attack the larger forums such as HF and ncaabbs.
It''s probably just an index file that's been uploaded. FTP into your account, navigate to your forum root and remove 'index.html' or 'index.htm'.
When I Romve Index.php following error occurd

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
First of all, URL please.
Second, why did you remove index.php? Re-uplaod it from a fresh MyBB a.6.3 package. Third, it's most likely your host's fault rather than MyBB's. Check your server logs.
