When i click version check for mybb
i get error message like this

And when i click on plugin update

MyBB Internal: One or more warnings occured. Please contact your administrator for assistance.

and i get this message

How to solve it?
I have already followed this intruction

but i get the error message

This has nothing to do with clouflare. Your PHP configuration doesn't allow accessing external servers.

So how to allow my server to access externel servers?

If you're on shared hosting, ask your host.

I use vps server, and then what should i do?

I made a wrong confugration on php.ini.

THank the problem was solved
