I understand what you want, and yes, they are called ranks. There is no plugin available for this at the moment, so you will need to use group promotions, which is probably a much better idea.

First off, you need to create a few usergroups. If you want to have 3 rank images (e.g. "Reader", "Avid Reader", "Uber Reader"), you need to create 3 usergroups with those names. Each of those usergroups should have their respective rank image.

Now, you just need to set up the group promotion. Go to Admin CP > Users & Groups > Group Promotions > Add New Promotion. And configure things how you want.

3. group image and zero stars done, so after this they appear in every posts of user ?
