ok so i am trying to upload my database backup in phpmyadmin and i keep on getting the error You probably tried to upload too large file. Please refer to documentation for ways to workaround this limit. and im not sure what to do is there any programs that i can use plz help! and btw the file size is 120mb

Use SSH.

They may be on a shared host without SSH.
