What plugins you've installed/deactivated ?
Edit: I just checked yur site and here is working fine. Breadcrumb navigation and all layouts are fine to me.
Game Section (1.2)
Help Center (1.5)
Multiple Registrations Detector (1.1)
And bunch of Newpoints plugins.

Yeah, right now I am using the regular theme, I will switch to the custom theme, check it again.
I think you didn't installed the theme right. None of the above plugin will cause like this. Try to re-install/re-import that theme again.
I will try that, but theme worked great before I installed these plugins
EDIT: Thank you, re uploading the xhtml file fixed it. Kudos ^^
