Alright, What I am trying to do is edit the panel on the header to fit because my username - user cp - mod cp - admin cp is like a little below and making my theme look off.

You might wanna fix the guest links as well, those are still a little bit off.

I didn't realize that until one of my friends told me, I fixed it. Thank you for pointing that out.

Also just curious what did you think of the site? I'm trying to improve.
