Hey!

How do I add "Achievements" under the users in every post and on their profile? It works like the award system I guess but looks like this:

Profile:

In the postbit template, move the MyAchievements variable (I think it's {$myachievements}) underneath {$post['groupimage']}.

But I don't have any plugin for this...

You need to get it from mybb-plugins.com

The only problems with the Achievements and MyAwards plugins is that they're premium. You have to pay to get access to them. Before you ask, we can not just download these for you and upload them someplace else. You need to pay in order to get them.
