I install the plugin but what the settings? how I can add a picture in this plugin? what is the code for that? please say me about all the plugin settings.

To add images, you've to use <img src> tags. e.g. <img src="http://seattletwist.com/wp-content/uploads/pastry.jpg"> will be shown like

You can customize it yourself, like adding link to the image, e.g.

<a href="URL+GOES_HERE"><img src="http://seattletwist.com/wp-content/uploads/pastry.jpg"></a>

what about "Allowed_Group" ??? what i mus write in here?

The IDs of which groups can see the message.

i like all users and guest see that, what i must write in here?

Write each Usergroup ID separated with comma like: 1,2,3,4,5,6,8,9 <-- I didn't wrote the 7 since its a banned group

its not work 4 me. i can see a scroll messege in ur site yaldaram.com, i need one like this in my site, its not work 4 me.
