i have moved from phpbb 3.0.8 to mybb 1.6.3,, the passwords not the same for phpbb
i'm losing my member's for that,, how to fix ?
The passwords are the same, you need the loginconvert plugin installed

Ok, you may need to send a mass email telling users to reset their password. There isn't anything we can do post merge, if you're OK with re-doing the merge I can debug the password issue.

After the merge process is done, there isn't much you can do.
