My host is after just going bust and everything is gone.

I have 2 backups not sure what kind of back ups they are though. There called...

backup-4.7.2011_02-18-45_vexa.tar

and

backup_6715cb5b8eJwN5P3uQw68iYGEAEF9TbMeVM92zhl4cwzjaNbHeKXEUGPDbCu2eQg.sql

I'm not sure if there a cpanel backup or a mybb backup or a mysql backup.

I'm not very good at all this stuff.

Could someone please tell me how to restore to the last I have of my website using these backups?

the file with sql extension is backup from myBB admin panel.
other file with tar extension appears to be from webhost panel

not sure which is the latest AND which is complete.
you need an expert / experienced person to directly help with it !!
