It's possible the user may have more than 10 posts or whatever you specified in the GoodByeSpammer settings. Increase the minimum post count in the GBS settings and it should appear if that's the issue.
No. I incresed and still nothing shows up.
Maybe a problem with templates?
Make sure that {goodbyespammer} is in your member_profile_modoptions template (under Member Templates), right before </table>.
