You did not re-upload all the files. /inc/ and /install/ are the most important ones right here, but you should re-upload all of them.

Are you sure they're overwriting the old files?? If it's saying it can't find the class then the file clearly isn't there or it's not been uploaded properly/fully.

Can you describe what you did to fix the first 2 errors? It seems what you did to fix the first 2 errors is whats causing the 3rd error.
Can you check your inc/config.php file and copy paste the line that starts with $config['database']['type']
