I closed my forum for some reason.But now when I'm Trying to set on, its not working.
from acp I disable board closed option from board Online/Offline.but still my forum is closed.
any help??

by the way, this is happening after I install yannouncement pro plugin.
I uninstall the plugin & remove it from my root with ftp client.
but no help.

first ensure that settings.php file (inc folder) is writable.
[CHMOD 0777] it can be seen on tools & maintenance section

try turning off & turning on the board again and again - may be two to five times.
that might clear any cache issues and set your forums in correct functioning way..

how to make it writable?

how can I make these writable??

browse to your site installation thru FTP account

find those files on right side panel of your ftp program
right click AND select properties ;

change CHMOD to 0777 AND save
