I am trying to make users appear in who's online list even if users stay at a page for 1 hour+. I am using a Shout Box and some members don't refresh the page for hours, but they still talk at shoutbox. Is there a plugin for this or can you please tell me how to create one?

ACP > Configurations > Who's Online > Cut-off Time (mins) and add 60 in the option field.

This'll make you see the users even after 1 hour.
