Hello there is no captcha image showing in member registration.and after registering, users do not receiving email verification. I enable both from my acp.

I have to!! because from my previous account, I was not able to open a thread.because mybb block that.I edited footer, thats why they did this.but that was my first time.and I did not know the rules.I contact mybb with contact form.but still dont get any response.so I opened this account.is it a crime too??? I ll not edit my footer again,never ever.
if people of mybb dont want to help me, where should I go???

Its not probably because of your signature. Your site contains illegal content and that's why MyBB community is denying support to you.

Anyway. For the CAPTCHA problem, go to ACP -> Tools & Maintenance -> View PHP info.
Find a table called "gd" and post its contents.
For mail sending issue, run this test script.
