how to add nepali language in board to add forum title in nepali language.

i wana add forum title and forum name etc in english (its already) and nepali.

shown in pic.




please provide me a solution.

If you just want it in Forums. Just use a nepali typing tool to type the text and then paste the text when you create a forum.
