I know this is a classic postbit layout but I was wondering if I can have this type of postbit in my forum ? If yes then please can anyone give me the code ?

Well the layout itself shouldn't be too difficult, but populating all the data would require database details..and you would need plugins installed that actually made it so you had data to populate the fields in that postbit.
Which plugins are you talking about can you give me the links ?
No I mean you'll need some plugin that gives people vouches and another one that gives forum cash, and another for those award icons, and another that gives users a "level". Just do some searching. In terms of forum cash NewPoints is easily your best bet, and I believe it's free.
I got all the plugins namely , New points & Awards I just wanted a posbit layout like that
