i am moving domains so i have created a backup through admin cp but all it gives me is one file could someone tell me how i could basically copy my site to the new one? my site is
www.mainmodders.co.cc
You need to import the file you got in phpMyAdmin.
The backup from your Admin CP is just a database backup.
Login to your FTP/File manager and backup your files too.

i tried but it wouldnt let me copy and paste?
Copy and paste? What are you talking about?
Backup the database in the Admin CP and download the files you currently have. Then import the database and upload the files to the new website.

Are you using an FTP client or your Cpanel's file manager?
You can't copy and paste it. You must download the files.

Are you using an FTP client or your Cpanel's file manager?
You can't copy and paste it. You must download the files.
im using filezilla but i dont know how to download my files
Select all the files, right-click and click Download files.

when i right click on it it wont let me click on download
On the left side, did you select a folder where to download the files?
